The only boxes you can change the colours for are title – overlap and standard. To change boxes you need to scroll down to the bottom of the box editor and click the box type box. It will then drop a selection of boxes. Click the one you want use.

The boxes above show the colours you can pick and are all titled with their respective class. create any box as usual. Then when you are in the wordpress box editor you must add the colour class to your html box (always lowercase).
